The U.S. Department of State, through its U.S.-ASEAN Smart Cities Partnership (USASCP), is excited to announce the launch of the $3 million Smart Cities Business Innovation Fund 2.0. This initiative aims to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in ASEAN member states pioneering innovative, carbon-neutral solutions to urban challenges.  This RFP builds upon the 2022 Smart Cities Business Innovation Fund (BIF), a pilot program launched as a sub-national climate finance mechanism funding innovative, net-zero/low-carbon products and services.
